Arbitration and Contract Law in SAARC Countries (With CAse Law on UNCITRAL Model Law)

The present work is an important contribution towards strengthening the process of harmonization of Arbitration Laws, initiated by the adoption of the UNCITRAL Model Law. This Book, with its focus on SAARC Region examines in great depth the Arbitration Laws of the leading countries of the SAARC Region in a comparative perspective and thus reinforces the trends towards accelerated progress of harmonization of the arbitral processes in the countries of the SAARC Region as a whole.
