Shopping Cart
Your Shopping Cart is a page that functions as the shopping basket for the items you want to buy, displaying all the items you have added to it. You can access your Cart by clicking the add to Cart icon found in the upper right corner of most pages on our site. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and you will enter our Checkout process. Items will remain in your Cart for upto 90 days. Since our prices are subject to change, items placed in your Cart one day may have a different price the next.

Note: The subtotal only includes the cost of the items in your Shopping Cart. Shipping charges and any applicable tax will be calculated during Checkout.

Wish List
Alternatively, you may add the books to your Wish List that will help you to organize and collect your preferred choice of products which you might decide to buy later. It thus enables you to remember products that can be quickly added to the Shopping Cart when required, even in your subsequent visit/s to the webstore.

Placing an order at EBC Webstore is quick and easy. New customers can check out and create an account at the same time; or they can complete their order without creating an account.

• Add to Cart - Having selected the product of your choice, you can now 'Add to Cart' to add the chosen product to your Shopping Cart. Select the quantity; if you decide to change the quantity click to 'Update Cart'. Click on to 'Proceed to Checkout/Delivery Information' to proceed with the buying process or 'Continue Shopping' to continue selection.
• Sign in/Create an Account - Once your products are ready in the Cart, all you need to do is to sign into your email account (in case you are not logged in). If you don't have an account, you may easily do so by providing necessary personal details. You will now be automatically logged in for the session, and can proceed to purchase.
• Choose Delivery/Payment method - Select the delivery method that includes Courier (Air, Surface), Registered Post or V.P.P. Simultaneously, select the payment method of your choice. • Verify Order - Verify your pre-submitted billing information and delivery and payment methods. At this stage, you may even review your Cart and make desired changes to the product selection and quantity. Agree to 'Terms of Sale' to complete the verification process and confirm your order.
• Payment Gateway - Once you agree to our sales terms, your order is confirmed. Enter your credit card details wherever you are asked for. EBC Webstore is built and hosted using the safest technology that allows your credit card and personal information to be encrypted. Thus you don't really have to worry about your privacy, your credit card security, or your personal information when you are shopping.
• Order Execution - On the web order being processed, the amount will be credited from your bank account. You will see a confirmation screen which outlines your order, including the shipping and payment details, order status, and order ID.
• Order Status - Track your orders and view their status in real time. Just visit the 'My Account' tab at the top of every page to see and track your order status.

Modifying or Cancelling Order
Once your payment has been authorized and your order has been scheduled to ship, items that are listed as available to ship in 24 hours or 2-3 days can not be canceled. To cancel an order, visit the 'My Account' tab at the top right of the homepage and sign in to view Order History. If your order has still not been shipped, a full refund of the amount will be provided whereas if the order has been processed and shipped, refund excluding the shipping charges will be made.
