MLJ : Law of Contract and Specific Relief

The MLJ title “Law of Contract and Specific Relief ” is comprised of two parts, one dealing with the Indian Contract Act and the other with the Specific Relief Act. The Book also includes the Sales of Goods Act, Indian Partnership Act, and the Negotiable Instruments Act with short commentary and relevant Case Law. In view of the procedures adopted by the Governments and Statutory bodies relating to tenders and auction, various aspects of such contracts have also been set out in the book. The book is a convenient compendium of basic principles and doctrines of law with updated Case Law on the Law of Contracts and allied enactments such as Sales of Goods Act 1930, Indian Partnership Act 1932, and the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881.
