Guide for NDA (National Defence Academy) & NA (Naval Academy) Entrance Examination

Dhaara’s Guide for the NDA/NA Examination is a comprehensive book designed for aspirants of the NDA examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice a year for admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy (NDA) and for the Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC).

The book is divided into five parts, A to E. Part-A provides an understanding about career in defence and on the NDA/NA examination. However, it is suggested that the recent notifications on the examination are to be followed in conjunction with the matter available in this part. Part-B covers Paper-I of the test i.e., Mathematics. Divided into 18 chapters, this micro-level, well-structured course provides a comprehensive coverage based on the syllabus.

The format of the questions is based upon frequently asked questions in the paper. Part-C covers Paper-II, the General Ability Test (GAT) that includes the subjects ‘EngIish’ and ‘GeneraI Studles’. Part-D has MCO bank with answer keys on all topics covered under General Studies such as physics, chemistry, general science, history, geography, Indian polity, Indian economy, general knowledge and current affairs. Part—E contains question papers with answer keys of NDA(I) and NDA(II) examination conducted during 2015.
