Complete Digest of SUPREME COURT CASES - Reissue Volumes 17-A and 17-B

Volume 17, of the Complete Digest of SCC (published in 2009) has now been revised and updated as per the time-honoured international device of Reissue, to cover nearly 66 years of Supreme Court case law from 1950 to 2016 [upto (2016) 1 SCC]. The large amount of new material on the sections of CrPC covered in the original Volume 17 made it necessary to release two up-to-date Reissue volumes, Vols. 17-A and 17-B.

Reissue Volume 17-A covers CRIMINAL LAW- Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Section 229 to Section 362).

Reissue Volume 17-B covers CRIMINAL LAW- Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Section 363 to Section 433-A).
