This includes preliminary issues of cruelty and supreme Court and High Court judgments. Chapter 2 contains cruelty to husband and Chapter 3 contains divorce to wife covering orders and decree of Supreme Court and High Courts. Chapter 4 covers various Acts and Rules. Chapter 6 contains Relevant Provisions of Allied Acts and Rules, and Chapter 7 includes various Forms in respect of filing of cases and appeals.The author has made every attempt in this book to bring a coverage of laws both national and international, presentation of laws and judgment in favour husbands.This book is no doubt a complete treatise in its composition and it is hoped that it can serve the cause of the readers in this specific aspect.It is hoped that this book will be useful for Bench, Bar, NGOs, Law Libraries, Law Colleges and individuals who are involved in the matter of cruelty by wives, who commit such offence against the very sacrament of marriage.
