As amended by Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013 (Act 13 of 2013)
The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 protects children from offences of sexual assault, sexual harrasment and pornography and provide for establishments of Special Courts for trial of such offences and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
