This book has been divided into four parts. Part 1 contains text of proposed Unified Industrial Development Area Building Regulation 2010 as applicable to Noida, Greater Noida & Yammuna Express Authority. Part 2 deals with Noida. This part covers Noida Building Regulations and Directions, Policies & Procedures for residential plots/houses, industrial, commercial & institutional plots, citizen charter, important mailing addresses and Noida Master Plan 2031. Part 3 covers up-to-date amended Greater Noida Industrial Area Building Regulations 2005. Part 4 dealing with Ghaziabad provides recently introduced revised Ghaziabad Building Bye-Laws 2008. It also incorporates Ghaziabad Development Authority Area Building Regulations 2002, citizen charters of GDA and U.P. Housing Department GDA officers & Staff contact numbers have also been given in a separate chapter of this part.
