Disciplinary Action against Government Servants and its Remedies

This is a comprehensive, practical book dealing with such issues as dismissal, discharge, removal, suspension, reduction in rank, retrenchment, compulsory retirement, superannuation and resignation, etc., relating to Government Servants.
