      Law of Wills by Mr. Mantha Ramamurti first appeared in 1948. At that time there was great need to consolidate the law on the subject. Will is a special mode of transfer of property. It comes into effect on the death of its maker. But it is the most complicated mode too. Law differs from country to country-even community to community.
