The present digest gives the most comprehensive coverage of law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on Indian Penal Code, 1860 from its inception till date. It has been conceived and planned to enable the discovery of all the rulings, easily and quickly. It is based on the time-tested SCC index system that is now widely accepted and used.
Maximum law points have been extracted from each case. For important sections, the rulings have been placed under numerous topic headings under a synopsis. Another unique feature of this book is that out of three volumes, two volumes is dedicated to cover Ss. 299-304, hence the entire case law can be studied in a unified manner.
