• In case courier facility is not available at your address the bound volumes will be sent via registered post.
• All parts to be sent to Eastern Book Company's binding facility at Greater Noida. (see address)
• To avoid loss in transit please send the parts by registered post or courier.
• All missing/incomplete parts, if any, will have to be paid for at the rate of: SCC - Rs. 135 , SCC (Cri) - Rs. 120, SCC (L&S) - Rs. 120 per part.
• Full payment for binding and missing parts should accompany your order.
• Payment should be made by Demand Draft/Cheque favouring Eastern Book Company, Lucknow payable at Lucknow.
• Please mention your mailing address correctly. If the billing address is to be different from the mailing address, please inform us accordingly.
• Orders incomplete in any respect will not be processed. EBC shall not be responsible for any delay or loss due to this reason.
• Please quote your subscriber number in all correspondence.
• The subscriber should expect to receive the completed bound volumes in approximately 21 working days from the date of receipt of compete parts and payment at our Greater Noida office.
• All efforts will be made to ensure timely delivery of bound volumes, subject to unforeseen circumstances.

• For which year's volumes is this facility available?
  To start with the facility is available only for the volumes of 2008. Very soon, previous year's volumes will also be added.
• How to avail the facility?
  To avail of this facility please send your 2008 journal parts [SCC, SCC (Cri), SCC (L&S)] along with a cheque in favour of 'Eastern Book Company, Lucknow'. The cheque and parts should preferably be sent via registered post or courier to:

• What about Missing Parts?
  Please check the list of journal parts sent for 2008, using the attached checklist. Please also send us a cheque or demand draft for the incomplete volumes as follows:

• How soon to expect back the bound volumes?
  You can expect to get back the bound volumes in approximately 21 working days through courier. The payment must be sent along with the binding order and the unbound parts to effectively process your order.
• Can I track the status of my binding order?
  EBC has evolved a system which will provide Order Tracking Facility on the net. You can also contact us at: binding@ebc-india.com. The bound books will be sent through courier for faster delivery (wherever courier service is not available books will be sent through Registered Post).
• Can I ask for my type of binding?
  We regret, it is not possible to customise binding to your specific requirements. The facility is available only for standard SCC binding with buff foam and brown colour binding material, with standard labels.
